This policy explains everything you need to know about how we get your perfect shirt from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Part 1: Shipping Destinations

1.1 United States (All 50 States + Territories)

We ship to all 50 US states, plus:

  • Washington D.C.

  • Puerto Rico (additional 2-3 days transit)

  • Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa (additional 5-7 days)

  • APO/FPO addresses (military – please allow extra time; we use USPS)

We do NOT ship to: P.O. Boxes via express shipping (carrier restrictions). Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is fine via USPS.

Carrier selection: We choose the most efficient carrier for your location and shipping speed. You cannot select a specific carrier at checkout, but you can choose speed (Standard vs Express).

Recommendation: For international orders, DHL Express is the fastest and most reliable, but also most expensive. USPS is cheapest but tracking often stops once the package leaves the US.

Part 4: Processing & Transit Times

4.1 Order Processing

Processing is the time between when you place your order and when we hand it to the carrier.

Standard processing: 1-2 business days

  • Orders placed before 2 PM Mountain Time: Usually ship same day

  • Orders placed after 2 PM: Ship next business day

  • Weekend orders: Ship Monday

Peak season processing (November-December): 2-4 business days

Express orders: We prioritize these – same-day processing if ordered before 2 PM MT.

4.2 Transit Times (After Processing)

United States (contiguous):

  • Standard: 3-7 business days

  • Express: 2-3 business days

Alaska & Hawaii:

  • Standard: 5-10 business days

  • Express: 3-5 business days

International:

  • Standard: 10-20 business days

  • Express: 5-10 business days

4.3 Total Delivery Time Calculation

Example (US Standard):

  • Order placed: Monday, 10 AM MT

  • Processing (1 day): Ships Tuesday

  • Transit (5 days): Arrives Sunday (but Sunday not business day – actually Monday)

  • Total business days: 6 (Monday to following Monday)

Example (International Standard to UK):

  • Order placed: Monday

  • Processing (2 days): Ships Wednesday

  • Transit (12 days): Arrives Monday (2 weeks later)

  • Total days including weekends: ~16 days


Part 5: Order Tracking

5.1 How to Track

  1. Check your email – We send a shipping confirmation with tracking number as soon as your order ships

  2. Log into your account – dtnecom.shop → My Account → Order History → Click tracking link

  3. Copy tracking number – Paste into carrier’s website (USPS.com, FedEx.com, UPS.com, DHL.com)

5.2 Tracking Updates

Update Stage What It Means
“Label Created” We’ve printed the label but carrier hasn’t received package yet
“Picked Up / Accepted” Carrier has the package
“In Transit” Package is moving through network
“Out for Delivery” On the truck – should arrive today
“Delivered” Carrier confirms delivery

Note: Tracking can lag by 24-48 hours, especially for USPS. “Label Created” for >2 days usually means carrier missed a scan – package is likely still moving.

5.3 What If Tracking Doesn’t Update?

If tracking hasn’t updated for 5+ business days:

  1. Contact the carrier with your tracking number

  2. Contact us at linhtran191193@gmail.com – we’ll open an investigation

Most “stuck” packages are actually moving but missed scans. We’ll help you locate it.


Part 6: Delivery Issues

6.1 Missing Packages (Marked “Delivered” but Not Received)

See FAQ Q21 for detailed steps. Summary:

  1. Check everywhere – Neighbors, bushes, front desk, mailroom

  2. Wait 2 business days – Carriers sometimes mark early

  3. Contact carrier – Get GPS coordinates of delivery scan

  4. Contact us – We’ll help file claims

Our responsibility ends at delivery to your address. If theft is common, use secure delivery options.

6.2 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photos BEFORE opening (show damage to box)

  2. Open carefully – Photograph damaged items

  3. Email us within 48 hours at linhtran191193@gmail.com with photos and order number

  4. Keep all packaging – Carrier may want to inspect

We’ll file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or refund.

6.3 Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

If you enter the wrong shipping address and the package is delivered there:

  • We are not responsible – You must contact the unintended recipient yourself

  • If returned to us: We’ll refund your order minus original shipping costs. You can reorder with correct address.

To avoid this: Double-check your address at checkout. Use autocomplete features when possible.

6.4 Failed Delivery Attempts

Carriers typically make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

If you miss delivery:

  1. Carrier leaves a “missed delivery” notice

  2. Follow instructions to reschedule or pick up at local depot

  3. If returned to us, you pay re-shipping fees (original rates apply)

6.5 Customs Holds (International)

Customs may hold your package for inspection or duty collection.

What to do:

  1. Check tracking for customs status

  2. Respond promptly to any customs communication (email, letter, phone)

  3. Pay any duties/taxes within the required timeframe (usually 5-10 days)

If abandoned at customs: We cannot refund or replace. You must work directly with customs.


Part 7: Free Shipping Terms

7.1 US Free Shipping (Orders $75+)

  • Eligibility: Contiguous US only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)

  • Threshold: $75+ after discounts but before taxes

  • Shipping method: Standard (3-7 business days)

  • Upgrade option: Pay $9.99 to upgrade to Express (2-3 business days)

Example:

  • Cart subtotal: $80

  • Discount code: –10(newtotal70)

  • Free shipping? NO (70below75 threshold)

Example 2:

  • Cart subtotal: $90

  • Discount code: –5(newtotal85)

  • Free shipping? YES ($85 meets threshold)

7.2 International Free Shipping

We do not offer free international shipping at this time. Minimum orders for free shipping may be introduced in 2026 – watch dtnecom.shop for updates.


Part 8: International Shipping – Detailed

8.1 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important: DTN Ecom LLC does not collect VAT, GST, customs duties, or other import fees at checkout. You are responsible for paying these fees directly to your country’s customs authority.

How it works:

  1. Your package arrives in your country

  2. Customs assesses duties based on product value, material, and country of origin

  3. The carrier notifies you of amount due (by mail, email, phone, or SMS)

  4. You pay before the package is released

  5. Package is delivered

Estimated fees (examples only – actual fees vary):

8.2 Restricted Items

Some countries restrict import of certain textiles or materials. By placing an international order, you confirm that:

  • The products are legal to import into your country

  • You have obtained any necessary permits (e.g., for commercial quantities)

We are not responsible for:

  • Seizure or destruction of items by customs

  • Refunds for items seized by customs

8.3 International Return Shipping

If you need to return an item from outside the US:

  • You pay return shipping costs (except for defects, where we reimburse up to $25)

  • Use your local postal service (e.g., Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post) – couriers like DHL/FedEx are much more expensive

  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” on customs form to avoid duty on return

  • Keep your receipt – we need proof of shipping cost for reimbursement

Return shipping times: Allow 2-4 weeks for package to reach our US warehouse.


Part 9: Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses

We proudly ship to US military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).

Important notes:

  • Use USPS only – FedEx/UPS cannot deliver to APO/FPO

  • Allow extra time: 2-4 weeks (sometimes longer)

  • Tracking limited: Tracking often stops once package leaves US processing center

  • Return address: APO/FPO packages cannot be returned to us if undeliverable – they go to military post office

Part 10: Holiday Shipping

10.1 Peak Season Deadlines

To receive packages by December 24th (Christmas), order by:

These are estimates – carrier delays may push these dates earlier. We recommend ordering as early as possible.

10.2 Holidays When Carriers Are Closed

No shipping or delivery on these US federal holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (Jan 1)

  • Memorial Day (last Monday May)

  • Independence Day (July 4)

  • Labor Day (first Monday September)

  • Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday November)

  • Christmas Day (Dec 25)

If your package would normally deliver on a holiday, it will arrive the next business day.


Part 11: Shipping Insurance

11.1 Automatic Coverage

All shipments include basic insurance through the carrier:

  • USPS/FedEx/UPS: Up to $100

  • DHL: Up to $100 (international only)

11.2 Additional Insurance (Recommended for High-Value Orders)

For orders over $100, we strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance (automatically added at checkout – you can opt out).

Cost: 1.50per100 of coverage above the first $100

Example:

  • Order value $250

  • Basic coverage: $100 (included)

  • Additional coverage needed: $150

  • Additional cost: $2.25

What additional insurance covers:

  • Lost packages (carrier admits loss)

  • Stolen packages (requires police report)

  • Damage in transit (requires photos)

Opting out: If you decline additional insurance and your 250orderislost,wewillonlyrefund100 (carrier’s maximum).


Part 12: Split Shipments

If you order multiple items and some are out of stock or on backorder, we may split your shipment:

  • First shipment: Available items ship immediately

  • Second shipment: Backordered items ship when available (you pay no extra shipping)

You’ll receive: Separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Your credit card is charged for the full amount at the time of first shipment.

If you want to cancel backordered items: Email us within 24 hours of receiving the split notification.
