Sales Tax: We collect sales tax where required by law. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount.

International Customers: Prices do not include VAT, customs duties, or other import fees. You are solely responsible for these charges.

2.3 Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we reserve the right to:

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution – Informal

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at linhtran191193@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

14.3 Arbitration (Mandatory)

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You agree that:

  • Arbitration will take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico

  • The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding

  • You may not bring a class action or representative action (class action waiver)

Exceptions: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court (if the claim qualifies) or seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property.

14.4 Class Action Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE TO BRING ANY CLAIM AGAINST DTN ECOM LLC ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
